So I've been slowly chipping away at this one for about four months now and finally got it to a point where I was happy with last night around 3am. Enjoy.
Monarch is missing his shoulder plates for his armor. I was looking at this and was "wow that awesome!" but down at his end I kept thinking something is off he looks a little naked.
